Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders

Some Angelus Veritas pieces are available for pre-order. These items are identified on their product pages, together with their estimated dispatch timeframe.

Pre-orders may take up to three months from the order date to dispatch. Please review the product’s estimated timeframe and payment details before completing your purchase.

Cancellation requests

To request a cancellation or change to a pre-order, email hello@angelusveritas.com with your order number as soon as possible.

We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated based on the progress of your order. Any special cancellation conditions for personalised or individually customised pieces will be disclosed before purchase.

If a cancellation is approved, we will refund the amount due to your original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies, alongside any statutory cancellation rights.

Delays

If your estimated dispatch timeframe changes, we will contact you with an update and explain the available options.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights to cancellation, refunds or other remedies under applicable consumer law.

Orders containing in-stock and pre-order pieces

In-stock pieces are dispatched ahead of pre-order pieces in the same order. Cancelling a pre-order item does not automatically cancel other items in your order.
